Paleo Smoked Mackerel Pate

This is an easy addition to a picnic table or for any outside eating.

Served as a dip here with a selection of crisp vegetables – its a great light snack – and so simple to make

Ingredients

1 x 200g pack smoked mackerel

2 Tbsp full fat cottage cheese

1 Tbsp full fat creme fraiche

juice of 1 lemon

pepper to taste

horseradish (for an extra kick if you want)

Method

Place all the ingredients in the magi mix and blend until smooth

Those are pea shoots on top – lovely flavour and very delicate 🙂
